At Bluefin SUP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your paddleboarding gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused equipment within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your SUP board and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all fins, pumps, and paddles are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
